The Official NYE 2013: New Year’s Eve Celebration at Hilton Chicago Pre-Party is at Lumen Nightclub (839 West Fulton Market, Chicago) on Saturday, December 29th from 9pm-3am.
Official After-Party

The Official After-Party is at Sound-Bar (226 West Ontario Street) and takes place immediately following NYE 2013: New Year’s Eve Celebration at Hilton Chicago from 2am-4am.
